Did you know that aromatherapy is one of the best ways to combat stress?

Today for Wellness Wednesday, I want to talk to you about the power of scent for conquering stress and provide you with valuable information about aromatherapy for beginners.

We all have similar stories of trying to balance work, a family, finances, elder parents, marriages, divorces, loss of a loved one and all the off shoot products of each of those issues and responsibilities.

Before you know it we have become a wound up, unhealthy, stressed out person who sometimes cannot tell which way is up. As the matriarch of the home, when so many people depend on us, we cannot allow this melt down to go on. We have to take care of ourselves, so we can take care of those that matter most to us.

Because I was there, I get it. I understand the stress and frustration of what a vast majority of women are going through. This is why I have created my series of books focused on relieving stress in women, from all walks of life. Whether you are a stay at home mom, work from home, or out of an office, I have something for you that will relieve, prevent, change your attitude towards stress, or remove your stress completely.
