“This is a very enlightening program, which is designed to last 8 weeks.

Each week you are provided with a tool that helps relieve stress and you are shown how to incorporate it into your daily routine. In fact there is detailed information about the benefits of each tool in terms of health and mental well-being.

The duration of each session is just right. You have a week to implement the tool before moving on to the next one. Each session is accompanied by a worksheet which helps you to identify the stressors in your life and to create a plan for dealing with them.

I particularly enjoyed the week 2 part of the program which is about the benefits of laughter and how to use it at work, at home and everywhere else in your daily life. I also enjoyed the session on toxic friends and what to do about them.

There is an accompanying audio ebook, which is excellent. It puts the whole program into perspective. It tells you the importance of reducing stress and describes the different types of stress including financial and work stress.

There are numerous examples of affirmations that you can use to combat each type of stress. I had no idea that there were so many ways to deal with stress. I thought that I had to learn to relax in order to deal with it.

I’ve always known that laughter makes me feel good but I never dreamy that I could use it constructively to make my life better.
