Stress Relief Tip Of The Day:

An excellent way to relive stress is pampering yourself.  A great example is taking a bubble bath. This may sound like a simple thing, but you would be amazed how soothing a bubble bath could be at the end of a hectic day.  Add candles and soothing music to really maximize the relaxation effect.  And if you do this on a Friday night and won’t have to work the next day, add a glass of wine! :-)
