Reading a good book pre-occupies your mind with more pleasant thoughts and at the same time reading enhances your mood to a whole new level.  I love to curl up on my couch with a good book when I need to unwind and de-compress.  It’s one of the Natural Stress Relief Tips that always works for me.  Try it!  It may work for you to.
