Stress Relief Tip of the Day: Start jogging for a healthier you

Of all forms of exercise, jogging is one of the most appealing simply because it doesn’t cost you a lot (no need to go to the gym) and you can set your own schedule. 

My all time favorite form of exercise is walking, but if that is too slow for you then jogging may be the better option for you.  Follow the stress relief tip of the day is to start jogging ( or walking) for a healthier you.

Jogging offers several health benefits. When you run or jog, it helps to strengthen your muscles, improves cardiovascular fitness, and helps maintain a healthy weight.
