As promised, today I will tackle a topic hot on every woman’s mind; the subject of managing money.

Studies have proven that women worry more about money that their male counterparts. There are many theories that support this conclusion. Whatever the reasons behind it, as women, we worry about managing our money, about making ends meet, paying the bills planning for retirement, and giving our children or loved ones what we believe they need.

Not having enough money to do the things that we think will make us happy can create a lot of resentment on our part, create unhappiness and stress.

If you are the only or main bread winner in your home, the burden is even bigger.

The fact remains that we need money to do things we love, buy the things we need, as well as the things we want. But how much stress do we put on ourselves to obtain the things we want or believe we must have to make us happy? The answer is too much stress. 

Truth is if we stop comparing ourselves to others and focus on our needs vs wants, we will live a happier life.
