Happiness on a Budget! Money Management Tips For SMART Women!

4 blog

When your money is managed right, your life stress can be on track too. These money management tips gets you on track.

As promised, today I will tackle a topic hot on every woman’s mind; the subject of managing money.

Studies have proven that women worry more about money that their male counterparts. There are many theories that support this conclusion. Whatever the reasons behind it, as women, we worry about managing our money, about making ends meet, paying the bills planning for retirement, and giving our children or loved ones what we believe they need.

Not having enough money to do the things that we think will make us happy can create a lot of resentment on our part, create unhappiness and stress.

If you are the only or main bread winner in your home, the burden is even bigger.

The fact remains that we need money to do things we love, buy the things we need, as well as the things we want. But how much stress do we put on ourselves to obtain the things we want or believe we must have to make us happy? The answer is too much stress.

Truth is if we stop comparing ourselves to others and focus on our needs vs wants, we will live a happier life.

My book Money Management for Stress Relief examines the excesses in our lives that we think we need and the unnecessary stress that we put on ourselves in trying to achieve them. Then there is the additional stress that is created when we are not able to achieve them.

My book further identifies the many ways money slips through your fingers and you don’t even realize it.

If you could identify those ways, that money could be in your pocket instead of somebody else’s.

You will be amazed that, despite being on a limited budget, that there are so many ways to save money in your everyday living that in turn can be used on doing fun activities.

My book teaches you effective ways to manage your money through free on line money management tools, how to live on a realistic budget and still enjoy lots of happiness and activities with your family.

More importantly what this book teaches is how to find happiness with who you are financially today, even as you strive for more financial independence. Learning to lose destructive behaviors like comparing yourself to others and what they have financially will prove to be a huge eye opener and ultimate stress reliever for you and your family. You will automatically live within your means, have realistic expectations and still strive for more in a healthy and productive way.

Pick up your copy of Money Management for Stress Relief  today and while you are at it, if you have not already, pair it up with my book Time Management for Stress Relief. They make a great combination with their tips and tools. After all, time is money and money saved is time well spent!
