You need to go treasure hunting through our website, Pinterest pins and Facebook fan page to find golden stress relief tips and nuggets that you can apply in your life for balanced living and a happier life. Below, you will find Five (5) clues. Answer all the clues on the list correctly and you qualify as a winner. The first 5 treasure hunters to give us ALL the right answers WIN! The treasure hunt is simple – find a certain image or post and leave its link and/or the correct answer in the comment box below. If you are one of the first five to provide all the correct answers, YOU WIN! That is it!

    Vitamins A, B and C are great for stress relief. Stress essentially hurts our body’s immune system. The daily physical, mental, and emotional drain and strain on our body makes it hard for us to feel strong and collected all the time.
