 High levels of tension and pressures in the workplace is a common factor for many women who suffer from depression and anxiety.

Most likely your job was very exciting at first. But over time, as your duties became routine, your enthusiasm may have disappeared quickly.

A simple change in attitude and focus may help you find ways to get excited about your job and career opportunities.

Try to develop an attitude that looks on the bright side and focuses on solutions instead of problems.

Take a moment to think about one or two things that you actually like about your job? Write them down and then see if you can add some more.

Many women get “stuck” in a job they don’t really like because they have to pay the bills and take care of their family.

Despite all the chaos in your life, spending a quality 10 minutes to yourself during the day will give you the stress relief you need.
